Before we take you through a workout, we first want to take the time to find out what your specific needs are by reviewing your health history and assessing your movement. In addition, we want to know what your specific goals are, what obstacles might get in your way and what is most important to you as you get started on your fitness journey.
Based on your evaluation and your goals, we will help you determine where to start, how many times per week you should train, which workouts will best meet your goals, etc.
What is Team Training? First of all, it is NOT group fitness! Team Training offers scientifically designed workouts that will burn fat, speed up your metabolism and shape your body. Done in a group setting, the workouts are coached by a personal trainer (they don't work out out with you...they are too busy coaching you!). Using tools like kettlebells, TRX, sand bags, tires, medicine balls and more makes these workouts incredibly effective and lots of FUN!
